On Saturday April 20, Big Little Brother Lazer and I went to the Pinnacle Fight Series to do some vending and watch The Pride Of Bloomfield Mark Cherico (4-0) fight Billy Vaughn (11-15).

Mark is the last dude I would ever want to fight.  Watch Mark get his 4th Pro win against Strikeforce Veteran Billy Vaughn.  Congratulations to Mark and everyone at Fight Club Pgh.  Shout out to Matt Leyshock from Standthemup.org. for getting us involved.  The Pinnacle Fights are a great time if you haven’t been out make it happen you won’t be disappointed.

Peep the newest video from our homie Beedie – “Home”produced by the legendary  Statik Selektah.  I really like where Beedie has been taking his videos lately great concepts and cool visuals.  Its nice to see an artist moving away from the lifestyle themed videos that seem to permeate the hip-hop scene these days.  Take this trip with Beedie through time and space as he tries to make it home.  Killer video.

As many of you know everyone’s favorite personal shopper Bobby Buckets was on vacation a few weeks ago.  Bobby’s Mancation crew “Team Safety First”  dropped their vacation recap video this week.  If you want to get an idea of what hanging out with Bobby Buckets for a week is like this video will sum it up pretty quickly.  Watch as the Team Safety First Crew skis and parties Aspen, Co.

If there is one thing that Pittsburghers are universally its good at its is talking shit, so its no surprise that Real Deal is one of the countries elite battle rappers.   What you may not know about him is that he is probably the coolest teachers a kid could ask for.  ”Death of An Optimist” answers one of the questions Real Deal gets asked regularly; What it is like teaching and rapping and is the first video off of the upcoming album “Fight or Flight Mode”

“Death of An Optimist” features Vanessa Botti and was directed by Soberdash.  Watch for a little Blasfome love around the 2:30 mark.  Be sure to share the video too it will probably get you some extra credit.

At least once every six months Bobby gets out of Pittsburgh and goes on a Mancation with a group of friend affectionately know as “Team Safety First.”  These adventures usually involve a ton of debauchery and end nightly with “dude stew” (You’ll have to ask him) This trip was Team Safety First’s yearly ski/snowboard trip.  11 dudes invaded the town of Aspen, Colorado.  They snowboarded, skied, drank and feasted and filmed some video while doing it.  Check out the Trailer to “Aspen 2013″

The homies from Giant Gorilla Dog Thing went on a Youreapeein adventure a little while back and had the decency to film it and make this tour re-cap video.  Watch our bearded friends travel via plane train and automobile through Europe.

The guys at Pinnacle Fighting Championships put together a promo video for their huge upcoming fight on Friday December 21st and they obviously picked the adrenaline driven, kick-some-ass “Lets Go” track from B.White and Mayo of The 58s as the soundtrack.  The event will be held at the Iceoplex at Southpointe.  Check out the video below, and clear your schedule for the 21st!
